The ministry of information has unveiled Kenya's first national yearbook. The Kenya Yearbook will document government initiatives and achievements in all sectors of economic, social and politcal life.
Information and Communications minister Samuel Poghisio said the book will detail the country’s greatness which the media has ignored. It will be published every year to encourage Kenyans to think positively about themselves and serve as a source of reliable information about the government and its programmes.

“It has been ironical that people who say and write a lot of ugly things about this country have gone ahead and bought houses in Kenya and don’t want to leave, but now we have a book here which will paint the right picture of our country,” Poghisio said.
I wonder if it has nice pictures of Kenya?
